Took a boat from Sitka to Shelikopf Bay. Spent two nights at Shelikof Cabin. Continued circumnavigate Kruzof Island to return home to Sitka, checking out the sea lion rookery at Sea Lion Islands.

The full trip:

One of the most beautiful places on Earth. The setting sun over the pacific is amazing, as is falling asleep to the crashing waves. The symmetrical profile of the Mount Edgecumbe volcano looms to the South. Great beach combing. The A-frame cabin is cozy and wonderful.
